Returns Policy & Process

We want you to be happy with your purchase. You can return your Xtra-PC for any reason within 60 days of shipment for a full refund (minus shipping costs). 

Our return and refund process is simple. Just email us at returns@xtra-pc.com to receive an RMA# and we’ll send you the instructions for how to send it back to us. 

Limited Warranty:
This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in Xtra-PC in the first 60 days after shipment . OUR ENTIRE LIABILITY AND YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS LIMITED TO THE PRICE PAID FOR Xtra-PC, IF ANY. IN NO EVENT SHALL PRAIRIE IT LLC OR OUR LICENSORS BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES OF ANY KIND.
